Since 1989, Martindale-Hubbell rated Frank as "AV preeminent," its highest rating. Since 1993, Frank held the title of a Florida Bar Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. Specifically, Frank was a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Criminal Trial Law. Since 2006, Frank had been consistently named to Florida Super Lawyers. Frank's accolades demonstrate his commitment to his clients and to his professional skills.
After earning the book award in law school for Criminal Procedure, Frank started his career at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office as an Assistant Public Defender. At the Public Defender's Office, Frank became a supervising training attorney. Frank's career then moved to private practice, where he continued to offer his clients his extensive legal experience, guidance, and trial skills.
Frank and his sons started working together in 2018, handling over 100 cases together during their time together. From 2020 to 2022, Frank and his sons litigated a major healthcare fraud case in Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. In 2022 the case went to trial and the jury returned a verdict of "Not Guilty" on all 22 counts. Frank and his sons went undefeated together.
Frank never retired. Frank never quit. His sons carry on his legacy of professionalism and tireless client advocacy.
